Yes. The Vertical Lossnay range is specifically designed for homes without attic access. Its slimline upright design means it can be installed in a garage, kitchen cupboard or utility space, making whole-home heat recovery ventilation accessible to a much wider range of homes, including newer builds, townhouses and apartments.
Condensation is caused by moisture-laden stale air trapped inside the home. Lossnay continuously extracts that damp air and replaces it with filtered fresh air from outside. Because the two airstreams pass through the Lossnay Core without mixing, heat is recovered while moisture is removed, reducing condensation on windows, walls and surfaces without losing warmth.
Yes. When the outside temperature drops below the desired indoor temperature, typically at night, Lossnay’s Automatic Free Cooling Mode activates automatically. It bypasses the heat recovery core to introduce cooler fresh air and extract warm stale air, helping to bring down the temperature of a home that has overheated during the day without opening windows.
Lossnay filters are easy to maintain. They simply vacuum and rinse clean. On models with Wi-Fi Control, the app will proactively notify you when it’s time to clean the filters and core, taking the guesswork out of upkeep. We also offer ongoing servicing as part of our installation support.
