During your, assessment, we evaluate how big the area is, and what location will work best for your heat pump. We can also discuss the different alternatives available and clarify any questions you may have about the product or process.

Step 2  Arranging Your Solar Installation

Our team endeavors to install your solar energy system within two weeks from a client accepting the quote issued on from your free home evaluation. This allows us to order your product and have our qualified solar energy installers book in an installation time that is most suitable for you.

Step 3  Solar System Installation Day

Most Solar system installations take approximately 1-3 days depending on the size of your solution. If there is any unexpected reason a project may take longer than stipulated we will aim to let you know when providing an install date. Upon completion of the job, our solar service technician will provide you with a certificate of compliance and give you a quick demonstration on how to use your new solar system.

Step 4  Customer care

At Aeon, we believe our relationship with you our client extends long after the install of your Solar systems. Your consultant will call you within a month of the install to assure the process went smoothly and make sure you are satisfied with your new solar panels.
