Why ventilate your home?

Great home ventilation is essential for managing air quality and eliminating excess condensation from your home. Having a draughty home is not the same as having sufficient ventilation. As houses get more airtight, they become easier to heat, but great ventilation is nevertheless important to prevent inside air from getting musty and damp.

How does ventilation work?

Home ventilation works by bringing in fresh/ dry air from your ceiling space to replace the damp air in your home. This results in a dryer home which is easier, and cheaper to heat. Installing a home ventilation system will also help remove weepy windows, as well as reduce harmful mold build up.

Which rooms should I ventilate?

We recommend installing an outlet in each bedroom plus one in each living room or lounge. Our team offers an obligation free home evaluation so we can ensure you have the right size system for your home. We install Smartvent ventilation systems in Hamilton, Cambridge and the surrounding Waikato region.
