Is a classic positive pressure ventilation system that draws air from the roof cavity and/or outside (optional). The air is then passed throug a filter and introduced into your home to positively pressurize with fresh, clean air and force out moist, stale air. Your SmartVent positive system uses two sensors (roof cavity and within the home) to monitor temperature and is controlled via a multi-function touch-screen controller. Your SmartVent positive system has optional add-ons including heat transfer, summer feature and tempering heaters to provide year-round comfort and other features you would expect from a classic ventilation system.
How much does a Smart Vent System cost to run?
SmartVent systems cost from as little as 35 cents per day to operate.

Can dust and contaminants enter through my roof from outside?
No, SmartVent systems uses high-grade filters to greatly reduce harmful particles entering your home. All systems include a high quality F7 hospital-grade filter that captures 80-90% of fine pollens, dusts and allergens from the air, making it cleaner and safe to breathe. A high quality F7 filter is a must for families with asthma and allergy sufferers. F7 Carbon and F7 HEPA/Carbon filters are also available as optional extras.
Can I install a Smart Vent System in a 2 or 3 Storey house?
Yes, SmartVent systems can be installed into your multi-level home, Outlets can be placed around your home by running ducts through wardrobes or other available voids to various levels. It is always best to have a SmartVent accredited installer to assess your home for access.
