Step 1 Booking a Free Home Consultation
Aeon energy starts the process with a free home consultation. We visit your home or office to ensure we know first hand what solution you are wanting to achieve. During your, assessment, we evaluate how big the area is, and what location will work best for your heat pump. We can also discuss the various options available and answer any questions you may have.

Step 2 Arranging the Heat pump installation
Generally, we aim to install your Heat pump within two weeks from a customer accepting the quote issued on from your free home assessment. This allows us to order the product and have our qualified installers book an installation time that is most convenient for you.
Step 3 Install day
Most heat pump installations take approximately 4 hours. If there is any unforeseen reason a job may take longer than specified we will endeavour to let you know when arranging an install date. Upon completion of the job, our install service technician will supply you with a certificate of compliance and give you a quick demo of how to use your new heat pump.
Step 4 Follow up
At Aeon, we believe our relationship with you our customer continues long after the install of your heat pump. Your consultant will call you within a month of the install to ensure the process went smoothly and make sure you are happy with your new heat pump.

Is the install included in the price?
Yes all our prices include all costs associated with supply and install, and also include GST.
Standard install includes 5 metres of conduit and piping, and 10 metres of electrical wiring.
Any additional costs for optional extras will be discussed during consultation so there is no hidden costs or nasty surprises.
How long does an install take?
Generally our qualified installers will complete it in half a day. If we believe it will take longer for any reason, we will let you know in advance so you can plan for it.
How long after the consultation until my heat pump is installed?
We aim to get our jobs completed within two weeks of a customer accepting any quotes. This gives us time to order the products, and plan your job. If it will take longer than this we will keep you informed to minimise any disruption to your schedule.
Does my heat pump come with a warranty?
Yes, all our heat pumps come with an industry leading 6 year manufacturers warranty.
Upon every completion we will also issue you with a certificate of compliance to confirm all electrical work is completed to the right standard.
